Practical Topic Maps using the OKS

Ontopia would like to invite you to be part of a practical training class being offered in the U.S.. The class can be taken as a five-day course that will give you a thorough foundation for working with Topic Maps-based technology, or as individual days based on your particular interests, e.g. ontology design or topic map creation.

Course schedule at-a-glance

The course will be presented by Ontopia's partner, Ligent .  It will be taught in English and held in Chicago. Days 4 and 5 require you to bring your own laptop.

Prices & Registration

The price is EUR 700 (USD 840) per person/day. The complete five-day course is offered for EUR 3000 (USD 3600) per person. If there is interest to send several people from one company,  a discount of 50% is offered for the 2nd and any further person. Partners may send any number of people for the 50% discount price.

You can register via email or by sending a fax to 847-486-0264. Please include your name, company position, company name, email address, office address, phone and fax numbers, preferred payment method (wire transfer, credit card), and which days you want to attend. Once your registration has been received, an invoice will be sent to you with the payment details.

The prices do not include costs for accommodation, and/or travel. We are happy to assist you with arranging accommodation in Chicago.
